Migration from Internal Reseller

Hello,

As the domain(s) you have mentioned are owned within our DNS Cluster by a third party, we need the following steps to be taken in order to proceed with an internal migration:

-The domain owner/reseller needs to send in a ticket to us at ‘[email protected]’ mentioning that they authorise the transfer of the domain(s).
-The domain(s) need to be explicitly mentioned in the ticket they send in.
-The ticket needs to contain this ticket reference to link the authorization which is included in the Subject of this ticket of the format #YYYYMMDD-AB12.

Once we have received approval from the current owner/reseller of the domain(s) we can then proceed as usual with our migrations process documented in the link below.

For security reasons we are unable to provide any details on the current owner(s) that is not publicly accessible.
