We are aware of a bug in the R1Soft restoring of databases which affects some of our servers.
Whilst we have raised this to the R1Soft developers they have not provided any ETA for a fix. In the meantime, if you require a database restore, we are able to complete this from the raw mysql files on our side so providing us with a ticket requesting a restore with the following details will be sufficient for us to conduct the database restore for you:
-Database name
-Restore point
-Confirmation that you understand the restore will overwrite the live database
