You can upgrade to Reseller PRO anytime you wish as there is no minimum contract with our service. Please note that, these 2 services are on a different server, therefore, there will be an internal migration. Our migration team can schedule a migration for you whenever you would like to upgrade. You won’t be able to use the same IP address.
A reseller grants a base limit of separate resources to each account whereas the PRO has a pool of resources which are shared between all sub accounts. Given that you have ## cPanel accounts you may find that performance on your sites actually decreases on the PRO service.
We could also recommend another option, rather than upgrading and moving all your clients from Reseller to Reseller PRO, you can keep your Reseller service and add a Reseller PRO – most of our Resellers do this and it saves you from moving all your accounts / clients around.
We’re able to offer a bundle of both 1xReseller account and 1xReseller Pro for the monthly price of £####+VAT – this is a £####/month saving.
If you’ve got a few big e-commerce sites, it maybe worth having those on the Pro as they would have a greater resource total to use between them, and keep the less demanding sites like WordPress on the Reseller.
