From here there doesn’t look to be anything wrong with your DNS setup on cPanel and also I am able to resolve the domain to our IP from a number of DNS Servers. I don’t appear to be seeing any problems when loading the site in a browser here.
What you are experiencing could be a local cache issue.
To rule out local DNS caching:

-Try reloading the web page in your current browser by pressing Ctrl+F5
-Try reloading the web page in your current browser in an In Private window
-Try reloading the web page in a separate browser

If you are still seeing the same issue please continue to the following steps:
-Try rebooting the device you are trying to connect on
-Try loading the URL on a different device attached to the same network
-Try rebooting your router
-Try loading the URL on a different device on a different network (eg Phone 3G/4G connection)
