Email Client Connection Issues

Sorry you are experiencing difficulty with your email.

Are you able to send over the following information:

-Screen shot of the account connection settings (this will be where you set up your incoming and outgoing servers
-The IP address you are trying to connect from

An example of the correct connection parameters for your server are as follows:

Incoming server: ####

IMAP port: 993
Username: full email address as configured in cPanel > Email Accounts (or in your GURU portal for Shared Hosting)
Password: password configured for the above email address in cPanel > Email Accounts > Manage (or in your GURU portal for Shared Hosting)
Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Server: ####
SMTP Port: 465
Requires Authentication: Yes (Use same credentials as above)
Encryption: SSL/TLS
