You can cancel your services with us via your Portal anytime by following the below steps;
– Please login to my.guru.co.uk customer portal:
– Select “Services” at top of the page and click on “My Services”
– Click on the right hand end of the row showing the service in question
– On the next screen there is a menu on the left
– Click on “Request Cancellation”
Please ensure you have downloaded from the server any data you wish to retain before requesting cancellation as after the cancellation date (you can choose immediate or end of the billing period) the data is deleted from the server.
