Hi,
In order for me to forward this to our migration queue I require the following information:
-Login details for the back end of your current site (eg. WHM, cPanel, SSH, FTP, WordPress) and if relevant, a link to the login page.
-The accounts/domains you wish to migrate to us
-The accounts/domains that have ecommerce functionality that are to be migrated
-Whether or not you are migrating email to us
–Please note that if any of the sites have an e-commerce element, they would need to be placed in maintenance mode before commencing with the migration. We would need steps for us to take the newly migrated site out of maintenance mode after migration for testing purposes.
Please reply to this ticket with this information in order that we can progress the migration.
