In order for us to proceed with file and/or database restoration could you please confirm the following points:
-A rough date and time of when you would like to select restore points from (we will provide a selection of restore points as close as possible to this)
-Which files you wish to restore (the full path)
-Which database(s) name(s) you wish to restore
-That you understand that this will overwrite the current live files and database(s)
Alternatively you may wish to take control of the restore yourself. More information can be found here:
